💼 About This Role

You'll support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across Ensemble Travel Group, working with cross-functional teams to build internal AI resources and document workflows. You'll help measure what's driving value and contribute to AI tool adoption and change management. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world AI implementation with high visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and populate the internal Claude AI workspace
• Coordinate AI scoping sessions with stakeholders
• Maintain project tracking across workstreams
• Draft training materials for AI rollout

📋 Requirements

• Currently in second year or above of an undergraduate program
• Studying Business Technology, Commerce, Information Systems or related field
• Actively using AI tools in school or work

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior co-op or internship experience
• Familiarity with Claude, MCP, Confluence, or HubSpot
• Interest in travel or hospitality
