You'll serve customers at Blank Street cafes, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional service. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to create memorable customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain food safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Availability for 24 hours per week, 3 days per week
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable working both in a team and independently
• Passionate about creating delicious coffee

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, engaging customer service to turn customers into regulars
• Prepare coffee and beverages using Eversys equipment per brand standards
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
• Implement systems to avoid wastage and adjust par levels
• Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations
