๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the Talent Operations function from scratch at a high-growth AI-native legal workspace, designing systems and processes to scale a global team with excellence. You'll define the roadmap for a data-driven talent strategy while enabling ownership across teams in Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead design and implementation of scalable recruiting processes and governance
- Own and optimize critical programs including interview excellence and internal mobility
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting to influence hiring decisions
- Enable talent team growth through onboarding and continuous upskilling programs
- Optimize talent tech stack and integrate AI-forward systems
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior Talent Acquisition or People Operations role
- Strong ability to build predictive workforce analytics
- Deep expertise in Ashby and aligning priorities across global teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational cohesion across Finance, Legal, and People teams
