💼 About This Role

You'll analyze and test candidate electronics for spacecraft at a leading satellite communications company. Your core impact is ensuring fault-tolerant electrical systems operate reliably in high-radiation environments. You'll coordinate radiation testing campaigns and work hands-on with a world-class engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support design of fault-tolerant electrical systems for radiation environment
• Simulate and model GTO and GEO radiation environments on PCBA designs
• Coordinate and run radiation testing campaigns to upscreen components
• Develop fault-tolerant systems operations with the team
• Support other electrical design, bringup, and test activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent
• Experience with electrical design
• Experience designing and testing for radiation effects
• Experience testing analog and digital circuits
• US Citizenship or Green Card

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing electrical designs in space or high-radiation environments
• Experience with Geostationary radiation environment (TID, SEE, DDD)
• Experience running tests at radiation labs
