This role stands out as an AI-native builder using OpenAI's own products to improve workflows and financing execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate compute demand into investable frameworks for lenders and partners.
• Build financing architecture for hyperscale AI infrastructure.
• Develop financial models for structured infrastructure projects.
• Engage banks and institutional investors to support financing execution.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, or investment banking.
• Experience with project finance and large-scale investment analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure investing strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CFA.
• Experience with AI or tech infrastructure.
