💼 About This Role

You'll own the Name and Payment Screening product area at Ebury, working at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering, and Data to evolve screening capabilities for a global fintech. Your core impact will be defining strategy, optimizing vendor integrations, matching logic, and driving AI-driven false-positive reduction across fiat and crypto transactions. This role offers ownership of a critical risk control that scales across products and geographies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for name and payment screening
• Optimize list sources (sanctions, PEP, adverse media) and matching logic
• Leverage AI for alert scoring, suppression, and deduplication
• Partner with operational, compliance, and data science teams for effective controls

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience
• 2+ years working on Screening products (name/payment screening)
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services
• Strong understanding of sanctions and watchlist screening concepts

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience building platforms for B2B and B2B2C use cases
