You'll lead end-to-end supply chain operations for complex electrical panel control systems at a mission-driven electrification company. Your core impact will be driving NPI materials planning, global logistics, and inventory optimization to ensure on-time delivery. This role offers the chance to build and mentor a high-performing team while implementing digital supply chain roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic vision for supply planning organization
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planning professionals
• Manage materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness
• Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years overall supply chain and high-tech industry experience
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• BA/BS degree (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience
• ERP/MRP proficiency (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
