🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vendor sourcing and selection, including research and onboarding
• Support contract negotiations with legal teams on pricing and SLAs
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs for quality, cost, and compliance
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Excel and procurement tools
