๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead offline and brand measurement for a leading family fintech company. You'll own the Marketing Mix Model and incrementality testing framework. Your output will directly shape how we invest across TV, podcast, and other offline channels.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own offline and brand measurement strategy for TV, podcast, OOH, and direct mail
- Ensure accuracy and calibration of Marketing Mix Model for offline channels
- Design and execute incrementality experiments (geo holdouts, synthetic control)
- Translate measurement outputs into budget allocation recommendations
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing analytics with offline channel focus
- Deep hands-on Marketing Mix Modeling experience for offline spend
- Proven incrementality testing for offline channels (geo holdouts, matched market)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Bayesian modeling frameworks (PyMC, Stan)
- Experience at a direct-to-consumer or fintech company
- Prior work with podcast measurement methodologies
