You'll support corporate governance for Boards of Directors and assist with regulatory compliance under the Insurance Holding Company Act. You'll collaborate with attorneys and business partners on high-visibility governance processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule board meetings, prepare agendas and materials.
• Draft resolutions, minutes, and formal governance documents.
• Manage Diligent Board Portal for meeting logistics.
• Assist with Insurance Holding Company Act filings and regulatory communications.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in corporate governance, paralegal, or board support.
• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Paralegal certification.
• Experience drafting governance documentation.
