💼 About This Role

You'll manage global collections and customer onboarding at Hootsuite, working with cross-functional teams. You'll resolve disputes and drive payment targets in a dynamic SaaS environment. This hybrid role is based in Bucharest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish relations with customers to collect payment while maintaining quarterly targets
• Resolve collection disputes using appropriate leverage and procedures
• Develop strategies for escalated cases related to customer disputes
• Manage reconciliation of accounts and customer records

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of billing, collections and receivable procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience with Zuora, Zendesk, Netsuite, or Salesforce is a plus
• Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally
