💼 About This Role

You'll lead a product team at SignalWire, building real-time communication and AI platforms. You'll own end-to-end technical quality across APIs, SDKs, and the AI Agent platform. You'll partner with engineering leadership and product to translate emerging AI capabilities into developer-friendly products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a product team in designing and implementing full-stack features.
• Own performance, reliability, and latency across the stack.
• Collaborate with product and developer community on AI integrations.
• Contribute to APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of practical engineering experience as a technical leader.
• Strong developer with backend services and frontend interfaces experience.
• Track record of raising engineering bar through mentorship or code review.
• Product-focused approach to engineering decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Shipped user-focused products end-to-end at a startup.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or C.
• Background in real-time communication stacks or CPaaS/CCaaS platforms.
