You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into system configurations while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.   • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup
  • Manage customer data migration for accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple customers
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
