You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into system configurations while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. - Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup
- Manage customer data migration for accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple customers
- Experience working with senior decision-makers
- Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
