💼 About This Role
You'll provide tier 1 IT support for the 66th Air Base Group at Hanscom AFB. You'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage tickets, and maintain classified/unclassified systems. This role supports a critical Air Force mission and requires a Secret clearance.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Create and update tickets immediately on customer contact
- Handle daily maintenance and monitoring of managed hardware/software
- Support voice issues including VoIP and SIP services
- Staff rotating help desk phone shifts
📋 Requirements
- Secret DoD Security Clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification (valid day one)
- High School Diploma and 1-5 years of experience
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Active Directory
✨ Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Dameware remote support
