💼 About This Role

You'll provide tier 1 IT support for the 66th Air Base Group at Hanscom AFB. You'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage tickets, and maintain classified/unclassified systems. This role supports a critical Air Force mission and requires a Secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Create and update tickets immediately on customer contact
  • Handle daily maintenance and monitoring of managed hardware/software
  • Support voice issues including VoIP and SIP services
  • Staff rotating help desk phone shifts

📋 Requirements

  • Secret DoD Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (valid day one)
  • High School Diploma and 1-5 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and Active Directory

  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Dameware remote support
