💼 About This Role

You'll assemble components into finished products on a production line, following detailed instructions and quality standards. Your work ensures final products meet specifications for industries like defense and aerospace. You'll also provide on-the-job training to new assemblers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble product parts on assembly line per production guidelines
• Read and interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material
• Use measuring, crimp, wire cutting, and stripping equipment
• Perform spot checks to ensure quality standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years previous assembly experience
• Knowledge of cable and wire harness assembly
• Proficiency in J-STD-001/IPC-620 standards
