🎯 What You'll Do

• Define scientific strategy and R&D roadmap for tRNA platform
• Oversee dual tRNA modalities across multiple therapeutic programs
• Lead translational research from discovery to clinically relevant applications
• Guide AAV-based construct optimization, vector design, and delivery approaches
• Drive IND-enabling activities including toxicology and regulatory study design

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related life sciences field
• 8–12+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical R&D experience with scientific leadership
• Expertise in RNA biology, gene therapy, or related therapeutic modalities
• Hands-on experience with AAV vector design and preclinical development workflows
