You'll guide the technical direction and execution of Nabis' V2 Platform, leading a team of engineers while staying hands-on. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact products that advance the mission of the #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction across major platform components
• Lead and contribute to design of scalable, secure features
• Mentor engineers through regular coaching and feedback
• Own end-to-end project execution from intake to launch

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building applications with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• 2+ years experience with Kafka or similar streaming technologies
• Expertise in microservice architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated engineering leadership through mentorship or team oversight

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
