Join ASM's Field Service team to provide support and troubleshooting at client sites, maintaining tool uptime and driving continuous improvement of customer experience. You will manage new product installations and ensure project success while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven success in collaborative partnerships with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• English language fluency

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool uptime and execute installation and hardware support
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and tool development
• Manage new product installs and hardware development projects
• Ensure efficient customer follow-up via communication vehicles
