5+ years in account management or customer success

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple accounts

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts
Drive merchant retention and revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Analyze merchant data to optimize performance
