You will own long-term technical success for strategic accounts, driving architectural direction and system evolution to deliver on client business objectives. Your role is proactive and strategic, focusing on roadmap alignment, technical risk mitigation, and executive-level technical narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles
• Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts
• Strong technical skills across REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL), backend languages (Node.js), and web development fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React)
• Experience scoping complex solutions and guiding client requests into clear technical designs

Responsibilities

• Own long-term technical success for strategic accounts by driving architectural direction and platform integrity
• Provide system-level guidance on integrations, workflows, and configurations focusing on scalability and best practices
• Develop and maintain forward-looking technical roadmaps aligned to customer business goals
• Lead technical client touchpoints to align on success metrics and joint roadmaps
• Proactively identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans before they become blockers
