You'll drive measurable business results through polished, on-brand events that strengthen industry relationships. This hands-on role at the intersection of climate, technology, and finance is perfect for a detail-oriented operator in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end logistics for Crux's presence at 50+ events annually
• Support planning and execution of Crux-branded experiences from dinners to multi-day events
• Coordinate co-hosted partner events including shared logistics and timelines
• Manage swag and gifting design, production, and distribution across multiple vendors
• Maintain and improve event operations playbook and track budgets and performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings
• Experience within finance or clean energy industries
• Based in NYC or DC with ability to travel ~10%
• Experience coordinating vendors across AV, catering, production, etc.
