💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy for Coins.ph, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, serving over 18 million users. You'll drive global product roadmaps and manage a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class user experiences in fintech. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape regulated crypto and e-wallet products in SE Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ideate, build, and optimize web and mobile app user journeys from onboarding to payments
• Own operational metrics like KYC pass rates and payment success rates
• Lead new product development (margins, futures) globally with the CEO
• Manage global product, design, and product operations team

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience building crypto, ewallet, or fintech products in SE Asia
• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical or design-related field
• Experience managing a team of PMs, Engineers, or product feature teams
• Experience in spot trading, margin, or futures products
