You'll create and maintain clear documentation for Redwood's Finance Automation solution, collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams. Your work will directly improve customer adoption and success. You'll also explore AI-enabled documentation practices to enhance efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce and maintain user guides, API docs, and release notes
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Partner with UX teams to refine in-product microcopy and tooltips
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical writing for complex B2B SaaS products
• Experience with content design principles and user-centered strategies
• Proficiency in MadCap Flare or similar authoring tools
• Familiarity with Docs as Code practices (Git, Markdown)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to workload automation or enterprise software
• Familiarity with SAP, Docker, or Python scripting
• Experience contributing to content governance frameworks
