Description

You will be embedded in the business, building reports, dashboards, and automations that power decisions across growth, marketing, product, and operations. You'll work on real marketplace problems like conversion funnels, attribution, and dynamic pricing, with your work influencing actual decisions from day one.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in analytics, BI, or data science role
• Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs)
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Build reports, dashboards, and automations for company-wide decision-making
• Analyze growth and marketing, product, or operations data depending on business needs
• Understand marketplace dynamics and what drives key metrics
• Own meaningful workstreams within first few months
• Collaborate with senior analysts and leadership on complex projects
