You will lead clinical research operations across the Peoria region, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. Your role involves strategic planning, team leadership, protocol oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive successful clinical trials.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of working practices and industry best-practices
• Ability to establish work priorities and set realistic goals
• Experience coordinating protocols in compliance with FDA CFR, GCP, and company SOPs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build relationships with vendors and collaborate with Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for clinical research
• Oversee strategic vision, direction, and management of clinical research function
• Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
• Critically review protocols and advise sponsors on changes
• Collaborate with Budget and Contracts Team for financially successful projects
