You will bridge the gap between engineering and customers, guiding them through SDK, API, and integration complexities to succeed with Ad Monetization and User Acquisition strategies. You'll investigate and debug customer issues, analyze large data sets, and deliver technical guidance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years developing mobile apps in Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or C#
• Clear and concise written communicator
• Quick study who readily picks up new tools and concepts

Responsibilities

• Investigate, debug, and reproduce customer issues, pinpoint root causes
• Outline concrete code or config changes
• Query and visualize large data sets to spot anomalies or performance drops
• Deliver clear and actionable technical guidance for business teams
