You will support customers from a 24x7 call center, delivering exceptional service by processing call transactions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed. You'll use remote tools and follow standard procedures to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous support for healthcare clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in IT and/or call center preferred
- 2-year Associate degree or equivalent experience desired
- Proper phone etiquette and effective listening skills
- Experience supporting software applications and equipment from a remote helpdesk
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and record call transactions using computer and tracking software
- Deliver service and support to end-users via remote connection or over the Internet
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when necessary
- Follow proper escalation procedures as defined by management
