💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Project Managers onboarding agencies across multiple platforms. You'll actively monitor portfolio health, intervene on risks, and drive process improvements to reduce abandonment and accelerate time-to-value. This hybrid role requires reporting to the Bloomington, MN office 3 days/week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor implementation portfolio for delays and risks.
• Intervene with Project Managers and customers on at-risk projects.
• Hold team accountable for milestone adherence and quality.
• Analyze trends to standardize processes and improve outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in SaaS implementations or customer delivery.
• 3-5 years managing project managers or delivery teams.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
