You'll join a venture-backed robotics scaleup as a B2B sales starter, driving growth in Germany through structured outreach and real customer conversations. You'll research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, and support the team at events and demos.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and prioritize accounts, build outreach lists
  • Run outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn
  • Document activity in HubSpot and qualify leads

📋 Requirements

  • Recent graduate or close to finishing a Bachelor/Master degree
  • 1-3 years in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Native/near-native German (High German) and strong English
  • Willingness to travel 60% within Germany

✨ Nice to Have

  • First B2B sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with drones, mapping, or surveying
