You'll bridge business needs and technical execution by transforming complex product requirements into structured, actionable documentation for engineering teams. You will operate at the center of product, design, and development collaboration, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility across specifications. As part of a newly developing system analysis function, you'll have a unique opportunity to define standards and improve documentation practices at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and write technical documentation for web products
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align system specifications
• Identify missing details, inconsistencies, risks, and edge cases in product specs
• Standardize and improve system analysis and documentation processes across teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in technical environments
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and system design principles
• Experience working with microservices-based architectures

• Proficiency in Russian (documentation is primarily in Russian)
