Description

You will lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. You'll respond to tenant needs, manage team performance, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and act as the primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 5-8 years relevant experience
• Commercial office, retail, or industrial property management experience
• Real Estate License where required; CPM or RPA preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgets, and lease administration

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
• Lead team activities, assign tasks, and supervise staff
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and capital expense plans
• Act as primary contact with property owners (Owner Representative)
