You'll own and scale HR infrastructure for our EMEA team, leveraging AI and automation to streamline employee lifecycle processes. Your work will directly support our hyper-growth cybersecurity company in building a world-class people operations function. This role offers end-to-end ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage HRIS (HiBob) configuration, permissions, and data accuracy
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Build and maintain HR policies and operational documentation
• Lead HR operations projects to improve scalability and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (HiBob preferred)
• Experience working in a high-growth tech company
• Excellent communication skills in English
