You'll coordinate prototype vehicle builds and transfer lessons learned to production lines at Scout Motors, an iconic American brand relaunching electric SUVs and trucks. Your work directly ensures smooth scaling from pilot to series production, shaping the future of rugged EVs. This role offers the chance to build a legacy product from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize Pilot Hall meetings and document minutes
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track quality issues and drive resolution
• Coordinate vehicle build scheduling and control

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Pilot Builds, or related
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of vehicle manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or Advanced Excel
