Description

You'll lead the evolution and management of an AS9100/ISO 9001 based Quality Management System at Re:Build Manufacturing New Kensington. Your core impact is establishing a robust QMS that meets **OEM expectations** and ensures **long-term customer satisfaction**. This role is critical to revitalizing US manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• **5+ years** experience leading Lean methodologies.
• Experience with **AS9100** or ISO 9001 QMS.
• Proficiency in **core quality tools** (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AS9100/ISO 9001 aligned QMS.
• Manage audit program and serve as liaison for customer audits.
• Lead problem-solving using A3, 5-Why, Fishbone methodologies.
• Hire, train, and mentor quality team members.
