You'll drive strategic growth across Ministries of Defense and Interior in EMEA, enabling mission-critical autonomous UAS adoption for defense and public safety operations. Your impact will shape national security capability priorities in complex government procurement environments. This role offers the opportunity to scale Skydio's presence as a trusted autonomy partner for sovereign missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive new business across Ministries of Defence and Interior.
• Own mission-aligned account strategies for national security.
• Develop territory plans targeting defense modernization programs.
• Lead operational demonstrations and pilot programs for defense use cases.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years selling complex systems into defense or government.
• Proven track record closing deals with MOD or MOI organizations.
• Strong understanding of EMEA government procurement structures.
• Familiarity with NATO standards and export compliance frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in UAS or aerospace systems.
• Additional European or regional language skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and defense market tools.
