💼 About This Role

You'll structure and negotiate commercial contracts as a core member of Sierra's legal team, working across AI products and regulatory frameworks. You'll help build a best-in-class commercial function while advising on IP, privacy, and evolving AI law.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate SaaS, technology license, and professional services agreements
• Develop templates, playbooks, and workflows for scalability
• Advise on contractual, IP, and privacy issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience at a large law firm and tech company
• Strong background negotiating complex commercial contracts in SaaS/AI
• Proactive mindset navigating ambiguity in a startup environment
