You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems in a manufacturing environment, partnering with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and production performance. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with engineering design and process optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and optimize PLC-controlled production systems
• Design and enhance HMI interfaces for operator efficiency
• Diagnose issues with automation systems, networks, and instrumentation
• Lead projects to improve system uptime and throughput

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of PLC programming experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of motors, drives, and AC/DC control systems
• Experience with ladder logic programming and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley
• Familiarity with Ignition or Cimplicity HMI/SCADA
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus/Profinet)
