🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payments.
• Provide proactive legal guidance on US money transmission and payments regulation.
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and product governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to embed KYC/AML and data privacy controls.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission.
• 7+ years legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain.
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation, especially money transmission and payments compliance.
• Proven ability to develop compliance policies and governance frameworks.
