Description

As our Academic Advisor, you will support and guide College Track scholars through their academic journeys, ensuring they have the tools and plans to successfully matriculate into college. You'll collaborate with the site team to deliver content, facilitate workshops, and host one-on-one advising appointments.

Requirements

• Skilled in analyzing student data and developing data-driven interventions.
• Academic advising experience within a college-access institution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, caregivers, and teachers.
• Comfortable with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Google Classroom, Coursera) and grade portals (e.g., PowerSchool, Illuminate).
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with students and foster a sense of belonging.
• Track and analyze student data to monitor progress and meet requirements.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars.
• Facilitate workshops and conduct one-on-one advising appointments.
