💼 About This Role

You'll lead the operation and coordination of programming at Casa Spotify, a cultural infrastructure that connects artists, creators, fans, and industry. Your core impact is executing cross-functional cultural initiatives that strengthen Spotify's leadership in Music Culture and power the Creator Flywheel across LATAM. You'll work at the intersection of Music, Marketing, Podcast, PR, Ads, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Operate Casa Spotify as a culturally relevant platform for real-life experiences.
  • Coordinate Spotify Sessions and other CBS formats rollout and execution.
  • Strengthen Spotify's presence in the live cultural ecosystem through operational excellence.
  • Connect cultural initiatives to Spotify's growth and creator strategies regionally.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in live event production, experiential operations, or project management.
  • Strong project management with hands-on production workflow experience.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
