You'll build the customer onboarding platform that serves as the front door for Ripple's global network. Your work will directly impact how quickly customers access the financial system. You'll tackle legacy Salesforce logic and design cloud-native backend services from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of distributed backend services for the product suite
• Partner with Product and Compliance to architect scalable orchestration layers
• Migrate core business logic from Salesforce to a resilient persistence layer
• Champion best practices for API design, testing, and observability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping backend solutions in Java, Kotlin, or Go
• Proven track record of unwinding monoliths into service-oriented architectures
• Strong API design skills (REST/gRPC) and operational mindset
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical strategy
