You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and collaborating with Sales, CS, and Engineering teams. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
  • Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Log customer needs and feedback using CRM systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with clients across different levels including senior decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
