Description

As an HVAC Install Lead, you'll install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. You'll also provide technical support, perform quality inspections, and assist with specialty systems. You'll work with a supportive team and receive a fully equipped company truck.

Requirements

• EPA Certification (helpful)
• NATE Certification (helpful)
• Proven experience with residential HVAC installation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Install and start up residential HVAC systems in retrofit applications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure installations meet standards
• Review daily schedules and confirm parts and materials are ready
• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting issues
• Assist with zoning systems, wine unit installations, and specialty equipment
