Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in HR, Talent Development, OD, or related field
• 2+ years partnering with senior leadership on talent initiatives
• Experience with HR technology
• Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategy and roadmap
• Act as trusted partner and liaison with People Operations teams
• Provide 1:1 coaching to managers and leaders
• Conduct talent needs assessment and drive talent initiatives
• Monitor talent metrics and support performance management
