💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for Deliveroo for Work corporate clients, handling onboarding, account queries, and escalations. You'll support client onboarding and account management while identifying growth opportunities. This hybrid role is based in Manchester with a €27,700 base salary plus bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide new clients through their first Deliveroo for Work experience
• Handle account-related queries via email and telephone
• Manage escalations and offer solutions to maintain client satisfaction
• Support Corporate Account Managers with reporting and data entry

📋 Requirements

• Native or fluent in English and French
• Experience in customer service and account management
• Strong understanding of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
