Description
You will manage a portfolio of accounts in the financial crime risk data sector, focusing on retention and expansion. You will engage with senior decision-makers at fintechs, payments companies, banks, and credit unions, and provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in account expansion and retention, ideally from cloud/SaaS for financial services or regtech
- Demonstrable track record in managing a portfolio within B2B sales environment
- Understanding of solution/value based selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, consultative approach
- Understanding of a standardized sales process (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger)
Responsibilities
- Manage existing portfolio of accounts, focus on retention and expansion
- Engage with senior decision makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and expand accounts
- Effectively manage pipeline, prioritize deals, create urgency
- Overachieve retention targets against quarterly quota
- Feedback market and product intelligence to Product and Strategy teams
