• Manage collections process with proactive outreach on past-due balances
• Monitor aging reports to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Utilize HighRadius for collections activity, disputes, and reconciliations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Full-cycle collections and accounts receivable experience
• Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of aging reports and account reconciliation

• Experience with other ERP/collections platforms
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
