Description

As a Staff Data Engineer on the Analytics Team, you will design and implement data pipelines and models that power next-generation defense technology. You'll shape the data platform vision, partner with stakeholders, and mentor team members while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering, preferably in fast-paced environment
• 2+ years in a lead role with autonomy and process ownership
• Strong foundation in Python or another language
• Experience with Spark, PySpark, SQL, and dbt
• Experience with Enterprise Data Systems like Palantir Foundry

Responsibilities

• Lead design and roadmap for our data platform
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering on best practices and infrastructure
• Own ingest/egress frameworks for data pipelines stitching data sources into valuable products
• Manage Palantir Foundry as central hub for data applications and analytics
• Operate as player-coach, leading team members and contributing hands-on
