Description

In this role, you will drive strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril's product hardware by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. You'll conduct supplier selection, partner on joint design and manufacturing, manage BOMs, CAPEX, and lead cost engineering activities to optimize total cost of ownership throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years experience in sourcing engineering or supplier development for electronics/mechanical devices
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO work at component level
• Ability to travel 10%-40% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
• Preferred: Master's in mechanical engineering; experience with advanced sourcing, supplier development, or high-mix low-volume production

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection using approved supplier list
• Partner with suppliers on concept scoping, feature trade-offs, should cost modeling, and joint design
• Drive development and consolidation of manufacturing BOM with Quality and Manufacturing
• Perform value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
• Lead cost engineering to align bottoms-up cost curve with product cost targets
