Description

As a psychotherapist, you'll enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients while collaborating with a team of therapists and prescribers. Clinical work is performed from home with flexible hours, and you'll participate in virtual team meetings. This role is ideal for someone excited to work in a team-based format to ensure coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, transgender) desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively in a team-based format with prescribers and other therapists
• Conduct regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases
• Maintain evidence-based care for patients
• Coordinate with psychiatric and counselor providers
• Build caseload rapidly
